breakfast no gym no pool because covid 19 but they don’t give you a discount and didn’t lower their prices

all the staff were great towards my kids

the spa and pool were so clean and beautiful. the service was excellent!! love this hotel.

was never given the wifi password when i checked in the dirty linen was sitting outside my door when i checked in and

was suppose to have free internet but there was no password in the room to even let you enter the wifi

shuttle bus also takes you to the train station if you want to go to sf city and picks you up again

i chose this hotel based on the fact that the photos showed that they had a very weel equipped gym but they don't

everyone is very nice and accommodating. cleaning staff is awesome and gym is great

everything was clean, updated, pool and spa which are hard to find in the bay.
