breakfast i ordered on march 15th was simply awful

tried calling restaurant for room service a couple of different times and never got through.

the only thing i hoped for is that the pool/hot tub would stay open until at least 11pm.

location close to train station, shuttle service and very good free breakfast

spacious suite with an equipped kitchen, pool with long hours

good hotel facilities such as swimming pool, gym and self service laundry

free breakfast was excellent, the laundry facilities were in good shape and plentiful

everything was clean, updated, pool and spa which are hard to find in the bay.

i chose this hotel based on the fact that the photos showed that they had a very weel equipped gym but they don't

everyone is very nice and accommodating. cleaning staff is awesome and gym is great

wish the fitness room’s window was closed since the freeway is so close and wish the fitness room had

the bar service could have been faster, but it was unusually busy for a wednesday.

they said they would not put me up in another hotel and when i asked about doing laundry she directed me to a laundrymat

had to drop and pick laundry where it could have been picked up and dropped off without me being present in the room, so

desk staff that checked me in, went out off her way to accommodate my needs and request for an early check in to make my special event

they provided a flyer at check-in with the wifi password, breakfast and pool times without having to ask

the room was not ready so they put me in a suite with multiple beds and a nice living area in the kitchen so now i plan to take my family down there because there’s lots to do in

good continental breakfast

the guest laundry was a welcome addition and there were several machines and dryers

i also enjoyed the breakfast and easy check in

there was water in the lobby and bottled water in the gym

need better tv channel selection, especially for kids

had a wonderful stat at the courtyard marriott airport, the staff were great and my kids really wnjoyed

instead of posting the changes around the hotel, we had to ask & then me & my wife & kids was told

the desk agent arranged my shuttle for the next morning, offered a wake-up call and provided breakfast information

there is no room service, no coffee of any sort; not even in the neighborhood

all the staff were great towards my kids

the rooms are spacious, clean, and have a kitchen with a few dishes and utensils

close to oakland airport and bart with provided shuttle bus

the breakfast could have been better but everything else was fine.

the room was big enough that i could spread out to wrap all of our gifts, and the jacuzzi/heated pool were marvelous, and open pretty late in comparison to other places i've stayed
