never light in pool and close at 10 which is a plus but pitch black no lights in pool and visit more then 5 times

were a bit tired and could use a refresh, plus some kitchen essentials like a cutting board was missing

many thing i didn’t like about it was one at the light in the kitchen was out the bathroom door did not close  all the way and the closet door wouldn’t open

days after my stay still seem to be billing/refunding amounts now when i didn t use anything on room service or book anything to my room

the water was turned off until 6pm and that if we wanted to shower , we would have to go to the gym area to shower, and we couldn't use the toilets either

gym needs to be improved, don't just have running machines in there.

i told her no need for yelling we said we could pay the extra fee for late check
