prior notification, the room service had been cancelled for 4 days

we got a free upgrade, but i think we must have because our room had a separate living room and a kitchen

found the kitchen to be a little outdated

it has a kitchenette which is nice to have if you have small kids.

we had everything we needed: the kitchen equipment, the hairdryer, the iron

spacious with kids,good location, laundry.

room service was incredible, the view was magnificent and the hotel itself was very modern and

there were several good quality eating places: restaurants cafes and bar only steps away, the sky train and cinema were a 5 minute walk

the gym- a huge must for me was perfect

is no room service, after the first day stay, there is no towels to use, no soap to take a bath and no

position right on the river, comfortable bed and good quality linen, a well equipped gym with free weights, sauna and spa, and a 24 hour ice machine

we ended up eating in the casino

wonderfully accommodating staff and tons of free parking. incredibly clean room and lobby.

we couldn’t say enough about nathan or the hotel, an excellent place to stay and the breakfast room was delightful

i also appreciated the attention to detail in regards to the suite which included a kitchen

i loved that we had a kitchen in our room

they allowed for early check in both on arrival and after cruise

the company let’s you down by not being clear about the airport shuttle service only being offered too the airport not from

were (16) of us and they supply a free shuttle to the cruise port

the hotel is also great in terms of amenities, the gym, sauna, pool, laundry service are all amazing

they provide complimentary bikes and water. the spa is very good.

should cleaning / room service be requested since in two cases where the room has not been cleaned at all we are told

no wow factor for a boutique hotel. no amenities like gym or pool/hot tub

spa bathtub next to the window was an amazing feature as well as the spacious shower

the food at the bar was fantastic and the interior with the fireplace relaxing and quiet

suite was spacious , immaculate and comfortable . friendly staff . brilliant room service.

we took advantage of the spa services and having a massage before checking out was one of my trip highlights

the most impressive thing was the staff being so accommodating re an early check in and late check out

staff were super helpful and were able to facilitate an early check in, which was greatly appreciated for international travellers
