pool and food in hard rock

it seems like they focus on keeping up with the casino and hard rock cafe customers, more than the guests staying at the hotel

was great, the staff, the breakfast was great, the pool was cold even tho it receives sun all day

only thing that i would appreciated was availability for breakfast included for the price i paid

i could not use the pool due to the short time.

this is located at the center of ponce so very accessible to many place such as bar and restaurant

staff were excellent, providing suggestions, helping with parking and laundry

i had emailed in advance and was told we could do our laundry at the hotel

streaming services, there was no clothing steamer (though the cleaning staff did provide a great laundry service for tips), the odor of the chemicals used to unclog the shower saturated the room

he went above and beyond from local excursion recommendations to laundry and finding a coffeemaker, he is legit made of exemplary service

location, access, parking and above all breakfast... just the best!

we are 4 people, we just got two towels and when we asked for the third and fourth towel at room service it arrived around an hour and a half later because there were not available towels

these features kept our kids happy for hours and hours

perfect place with kids. i especially liked the pool, the buffet options and the friendly staff.

staff was super friendly & helpful so much stuff for the kids to do

pool in the golf area but you need to take the trolley which isn't as convenient with small kids

the view is amazing! the pool can use a little tlc but the amazing view over came that.

location next to the beach, lot of restaurants around the hotel, parking available on site, and ac works great

good parking, great air conditioning, the mattress and the pillows were great
