the road on one side is very loud with motorbikes, kids, shouting

pool was great and best of all, they have temascals you can book at no extra cost

a massage at the front desk they were calling me back, never heard anything from them, asked for pool service,

beautiful property! very quiet and the food from their kitchen is incredible!

the pool is nice but it's pretty small and not many sun loungers

views, lovely staff, great spa massages and treatments, friendly atmosphere and mostly quiet and

spa was not 100% functional and sometimes food would take too much time to arive

also my room was right next to a bar that played loud live music until 10pm followed by another 30-60mins of

2 out of our 3 days here the power, wifi, fans, showers and sinks go out frequently for hours even though the

location is breathtaking as are the gardens and wonderful pool area

charming library type bar with fireplace and great pool with infinity hot tub

it s also a great place to take kids

beautiful view, great food, immaculate grounds. nice fireplace in the suite.

view is spectacular and there is a lovely swimming pool and jacuzzi to soak in after hiking all around and going

the bar is a steep stair climb from the water and there is no drink service in place for guests who are

wifi in my room it pretty weak.

oh and the wifi is great throughout

the property lacks a pool.

be more well serviced in terms of having some staff come check up on you frequently, service your bar orders

breakfast that is included is incredible, the cabina was amazing with the most incredible views,

had a hiccup with our breakfast initially, after some back and forth hotel agreed to include the missing breakfast

breakfast with a view of the volcano was pure paradise we could have stayed another week

wifi is excellent, shower is hot, can't praise casa miranda enough

wifi was amazing was able to take work calls easily
