of our shower's drain backed up when the kids took a shower and the front desk people leave at 7pm

apartment was spacious for 2 adults and 4 kids, well-equipped and clean

not the fault of the resort by any means, but couldn't take the kids to beach and defeated the purpose of a beach vacation

gentleman at night who walked around running people out of pool and hot tub could be nice and not so harsh dealing with guests

i was supposed to have a spa tub in the room and there wasn’t one. it was disappointing.

we had to buy plastic cups to take drinks to the pool area as all the supplied glasses were actually glass :)

the microwave didn't work and the spa tub, was just a large tub with no spa.
