nice location right on quiet section of the beach with an excelant restaurant and room service

the laundry room needs a major upgrade

fitness center not in best of condition.

the bar tender was sweet. easy check in. no issues with room beautiful view

place was a little old and small and did not have a full kitchen

allowed in property (though not in room), and all around noisy at night dirty corridors spotty wifi

was very clean, perfect location over the bar, we were 3rd floor

the room we had was huge, comfortable bed, and everything we needed for the kitchen

standard room and it was super cute, with a nice bed , modern , recently renovated and with small kitchenette

we did not have a pet with us on this trip, but it was nice to see that it was pet friendly

the microwave didn't work and the spa tub, was just a large tub with no spa.

safety handle was only on oneside of the deep spa tub

resort , a lot of activities , very good service, the pool open until very late and you have amazing

big pool, hot tub and restaurants, but it wasn t even a problem traveling back and forth with kids and senior

the buffet has all kind of goodies, and it is kids friendly

expensive for what was delivered. too many kids.

pool amenities is fantastic and the lazy river is just perfect

to find out the pools closed at dusk and the sauna, steam room, big fire pit, game room, and kids crafting room

but don't expect anyone to give you a ride even though staff is flying through the property on golf carts

i had a kitchen in the room and was able prepare my own meals, but it was not the expected experience

their were restaurants that were in walking distance and were a great option for traveling with kids

quick walk to the beach, great pool and easy to rent a boat to cruise around in

bike and boat rental, spacious rooms, in unit washer and dryer, small kitchen space, a sense of security, and

nice 1 bedroom. helful staff. ample parking. great pool. rooftop area.

pillows were beat up, couldn't figure out the shower or hot water. no dirty laundry bag.

loved our stay, close to golf courses we played and 1/2 hr to sanibel island and airport

tiki bar and pool were easy access from room, but no noise made it inside room

poor wifi rooms are showing their age curtains let in light all night no drawers for clothes and limited

our shower was broken. staff let a few kids in pool get way out of line.

stay the way you are... is it pet friendly? i heard a dog in the early morning.

the outdoor patio area on our second floor room was huge with big comfortable furniture, and the kitchen had

only other complaint would be that there was a coffee maker in the kitchen but no coffee or filters or powdered

manatees right outside the door - so cool and unexpected!! and full kitchen was nice!
