room service lady came at 9am and asked strange things like when we are going to check out

pool was nice and never crowded, the view of the pool from the balcony was nice, the rooms and

front desk staff is overworked, the don t have enough help, the bar a restaurant were not even open

not like that there was no room service

we also liked that the hotel had a really good free laundry room available which was a great help to us

i will be bringing my kids back to check it out during the summer

the spa team deserves special recognition the atmosphere was serene, and the treatments were expertly

the outdoor patio area on our second floor room was huge with big comfortable furniture, and the kitchen had

only other complaint would be that there was a coffee maker in the kitchen but no coffee or filters or powdered

manatees right outside the door - so cool and unexpected!! and full kitchen was nice!

was a little confusing navigating the 3 different buildings, especially when first arriving and parking

very modern facilities, spotless clean, several food options, live music events, car parking with ev chargers,

were expensive beer especially so it was easier to go to local bars for half the price

and as a pet friendly hotel, there s no grass anywhere to walk dog

the bar area is great and the music is always fun

no pool,no snack bars,but 2 very nice restaurants on the roof

pool was also closed at 5pm on a friday night for cleaning

over all we worked with it all though it was a little over priced for how small the room was the kitchen i asked

the restaurants have a great view and you have access to the bar and food from the beach

allowed in property (though not in room), and all around noisy at night dirty corridors spotty wifi
