the wifi could be better

more parking facilities although these were managed very well by staff

staff were impeccably polite and helpful in particular the guy sorting out the parking outside

breakfast could have been better, order was wrong twice but they did not charge us for it

check-in was a breeze, room service is excellent

were on a night out in the bar downstairs, so perfect location for our trip

initially felt like i was at the wrong place as the bar is located on the first floor and i expected to walk into a reception of some sort to check in

it was great to have the excellent coffee and tea as well as a well stocked mini bar and snacks

the bar and restaurant area without peer and must be seen to be believed

the staff were so accommodating with an early check in after a very long flight

i went to the bar and the lady there said i'd be able to order room service via the app

our kids loved the bunk beds
