no room service - safe, television did not work
wifi did not reach far enough to our room so it made researching our next day a wee bit tricky
in cash you had to pay an extra 100 deposit because of possibly taking things from the mini bar and not paying
room service was poor - no one collected my card so i had to phone for it - no pastries, no spoon
room was very beautiful, comfortable and big enough for 2 kids and 2 adults
