the pool was lovely even if the changing rooms were cramped

pool / spa facilities are good, with a sauna plus the pool

decor in bedroom, reception and hallways stylish and welcoming, grounds are stunning, ample parking

a smile on their faces , whether at reception, taking food or drinks order , and at breakfast time , even the housekeepers , everybody very polite and asking if all is ok

fabulous breakfast, was cooked to order by the chef as the hotel was not busy

located, ample free parking and complimentary ev charging for up to 4 cars

air conditioning and opening windows. very easy parking. very clean. nice breakfast.

the garden , outdoor dining and the glass windows from the restaurant/ bar overlooked this well maintained garden

it is a 5 minute walk away and has wonderful food, bar and rooms

friendly staff with 24 hour reception and room service

the hotel needs to offer room service or even cold snacks out of hours

good parking, reasonable distance to heathrow

my husband loved that they had ales on the bar and i was impressed with the gin selection
