make my visit great, had maps for trains and city to find my way around town,they even have shuttle to train depot,menus for places to eat,room was very nice and quite,overall very nice place

the most awesome thing of carlton inn was the shuttle service and proximity to mdw

the pool and hot tub was still shut down.

the wifi worked flawlessly everywhere in the facility.

was nice and clean! we had a great check in experience and enjoyed the pool and the bar!

lacking - no mini fridge in room, limited selection of food from restaurant and room service

again, could have gone down to the bar, but just figured the coffee machine should be good enough to heat water

room service did not change the sheets while our entire stay and sheets were not ironed ,also the

not working in room both treadmill not working in gym elevator breakdown and forced to use staircase
