it s exclusive because there are no kids allowed, it s a bit expensive (but worth it), it is in fact a great piece of stylish modern (-)is relatively small in size with noisy kids around; location is good if you'd like to go to las palmas but it takes 1 hour to the south of (-)for 4 people (our kids plus us) had two single size beds put together and a couple of separated sofa-bed, very
