of a lift, decor tired, there was a wedding in the room next to the restaurant with people and kids running from there through restaurant with constant noise for diners

felt sick had to leave early, get the kids out of it

restaurant was unable to provide a table for me, nor did they offer room service as an option

swimming pool was closed throughout our stay due to a technical issue the jugs and bowls on display could do

was awesome, our room was quiet and comfortable and the spa was great except that the pool was out of action

so close to the city centre and so many food and bar options

the bar staff was not good he disappeared and had to wait ages for a drink

to the spa on the sunday afternoon and discovered the pool was full of very boisterous and unruly kids - some jumping in off the sides which made swimming a gentle length practically impossible

i didn't use the wifi but my phone reception/4g was fantastic

room was roomy and clean, breakfast was great, something for everyone and the kitchen even made porridge and boiled eggs for my little boy

an early check in the day before,got to the property at 10am,and still didn t get in until 3pm

room service was very good and quick, although there isn t the biggest choice of food and it is

we were told there were no extra charges but when we got home we were charged 10 for an early check in

apart from the unruly kids, this was a very pleasant experience with generous opening times

it is nice to see the recent facility addition of a snack bar and bigger selection of drinks at the bar

to stay somewhere near paulton’s park that doesn’t break the bank and where staff is used to kids (knocking over glass of water or a bit of singing during dinner time), this is pretty much it

no instructions of any kind in room, couldn't find out how to call reception, no idea if had room service and imagine if there was would have been asleep by the time order arrived

the grounds are lovely, parking is very good and the whole place is everything you want from a country hotel

property was stunning and the grounds were great fun for the kids

they were busy with the wedding and yet they accommodated my request for an early check in with only an hour to prepare

ample parking available and milk and cookies for the children was a lovely touch

hotel staff were so helpful especially in the restaurant/ breakfast and holly on reception

they could have more sort of fruits for breakfast, but there was nothing i didn't like.

there are 2 saunas, nice pool, lovely hot tubs and steamroom

panel, black mould in between tiles, whilst i was having a tender moment with my wife in the bar a chap came up and wanted a little card to verify who we were, i didn't have the little book

the food was really good in the bar and the breakfast was cooked to order and very fresh

i was attending the area for my fathers funeral it was appreciated that the hotel allowed an early check in and a late check out with no extra charge
