the outdoor hydrotherapy pool was amazing

spa facilities, near to other attractions and liverpool, we have been before some years ago,

signal and wifi is poor

although, the wifi didn t reach the rooms or most of our corridor

was very big with lots of parking and many places to go and do things like a restaurant or bar oh places to sit and of course

bed was extremely comfy, shower very good, food fabulous and gym and swimming pool brilliant.

issues with the train being cancelled the hotel staff let us have late check out very last minute as we were stuck in liverpool for 6 hours

had to call staff numerous times for parties in room next door until after 5am and kids running around corridors throwing things with no adults around

great location, friendly staff, and kids eat breakfast free which is a rare bonus

paid for late check out 2pm but the cleaner called twice before 12 and on the last time demanded we check

staff were very friendly, when we arrived the member of staff doing the laundry helped us in and helped us with the lift

we were given a room upgrade and an early check in for us and our friends which was a lovely gesture and much appreciated

all are are massive and decorated to a high standard the shower sre is amazifn don't forget the bar area overall our stay was 11 out of 10 and i cant thank the titantix hotel and all there staff
