welcoming owner who went out of her way to help us with an early check in due to attending a concert and not getting back till after midnight

room was beautiful and massive and everything was tastefully presented , we paid separately for breakfast and could not fault any of it absolutely lovely

after unpacking i went down to the hotel bar and again the service was excellent

stayed in the townhouse room and it’s ideal for a family with kids

only being able to stop at floor for room caused issues when our kids were on another floor
