the wifi speed was good and we had no issues with bandwidth watching netflix :) the staff was friendly

to perhaps relocate a few of the lovely friendly waitresses to join the rather quiet boys in the bar to enhance the buzz & customer care as it gets busy in the evenings towards weekends

in a superior room with a lovely balcony, the room was cleaned and serviced each day , plenty of parking at the hotel , so long as there isn t an event on when it can get full but there is a lot

ordered room service and the food and presentation was really good

spa was good and kids enjoyed the pool

parking was a bit hit and miss but nothing to complain about.

lovely hotel everybody was great, can be noisy at night especially as its a kids friendly hotel, which is good, but that type of high-class hotel, should be adults only

the adjoining restaurant and bar was fantastic

the lighting was on point in the room and the design of the hotel and bar was refined and elegant

and were also able to offer interconnected rooms (essentially when traveling as a family with kids ) the restaurant food was also 5 star

there was one member of staff dealing with hotel guests, bar & restaurant (except for i assume the chef)

the bar is lovely but could do with a little more selection

and breakfast was good too

we went to the bar which abided by covid restrictions and the staff provided a friendly service and even took our

staff very pleasant and friendly, choice of bar food or bistro

breakfast service was a little slow

having the kitchen area with fridge and small freezer space was really useful

pool was warm and it was nice that you could book it out just for you but

if i have to say anything the pool was a little cold

children’s playroom & pool were excellent

heated indoor swimming pool with restricted access so it is never busy whilst we were there

room was a little small and we couldn t get the wifi to connect

besides the staff- the lounge sitting area and bar in the hotel are extremely quiet, to the point to where you could hear a pin drop and it’s a

disappointed with no safe for valuables and no mini bar in room

was left on over night, i think it was the extractor fan for the kitchen, which our family room was above

by reception staff, and the owner who immediately engaged in conversation when i entered the bar on the evening for my meal

friendly bar staff and smallish indoor bar but outside tables, some undercover

just a few of the great points about the property and surroundings: - very well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine and even washing liquid, dishwashing tablets, etc

was fantastic for both the kids and adults, kids could also play outside when waiting

a very comfortable bed and tea/coffee facility the restaurant/bar had a beautiful view over the golf courses opening home and the choice of food at dinner was superb and tasted just as good staff

the staff were friendly , nothing too much trouble. early check in and great stay.

they also have a restaurant ann bar with outside seating to watch the sun set
