room tv didn't work; the wifi didn't work; the lift was shaky and dirty; the bar and dining room have no atmosphere

breakfast was really good and the bar was open in the evening which was good after dining in town

the view, the bed, the breakfast, the free gin!

no laundry facilities the hotel is more geared for short stays rather than travellers who have been

hash browns at breakfast were a little too steamed and soft but that's just nit picky.

it, didn't like the little green light outside toilet was so bright, as a disabled room needed bar handle on bathroom door as hard to shut in

nevertheless, the kids loved the pancake

found it to be quite expensive as there were no gym , swimming pool neither breakfast included

family room was great because it had an adjoining lounge area to put kids in

the honesty bar downstairs was a nice touch and the offstreet parking was appreciated

room was a little small and we couldn t get the wifi to connect

we stayed in a family suite that had a separate room with bunk beds for our two kids which they loved

having a dog we didn't miss out on much as allowed bar and bistro

the kids should have had a separate bunk/single bed instead they had their own room adjacent to us with

i loved the fact the kids had a separate room they loved it

the spa treatments were exceptional

struggled with room service in the evening

love this place, cannot fault anything, from being greeted by helen, all the staff from bar restaurant housekeeping they cannot do enough for you luxury comfy room, with amazing sea views

the room was stunning and well kept, with all the right facilities and amenities - room service was amazing as well

the pool and spa area were lovely, the food was excellent and very well presented

of parking then walking to reception especially at night and being female however staff allowed me to

if you like golf and swimming and spas, this place is ideal

spa was fairly small and crouded for the amount of guests there and the prices where abit high but

parking was a bit tight, but they were very, very busy.

excellent cocktails at the bar with comfy lounge area playing excellent music

and were also able to offer interconnected rooms (essentially when traveling as a family with kids ) the restaurant food was also 5 star

the lighting was on point in the room and the design of the hotel and bar was refined and elegant

we had a studio apartment and particularly liked having the kitchen facilities

having the kitchen area with fridge and small freezer space was really useful

in either the main council parking (5 min walk), or the limited space car park 1 min away (with ev charger)

a bit of revamp the inspector needs to put back some love and care the bar is very sparse breakfast is disappointing, expensive and very small

besides the staff- the lounge sitting area and bar in the hotel are extremely quiet, to the point to where you could hear a pin drop and it’s a

disappointed with no safe for valuables and no mini bar in room

bar area no atmosphere, and you had to use the same steps

great that there is a bar and restaurant here and very close to other places to eat out and a small but nice little

really friendly ,helpful staff, excellent service in the restaurant and yum breakfast !
