was left on over night, i think it was the extractor fan for the kitchen, which our family room was above

enjoyed the bar and a family meal

it’s family owned and run and the owner was frequently available in the bar most evenings and a great source of local knowledge

setting, fantastic staff, best gin selection in cornwall only downside was i promised the kids a swimming pool……

was great to get the kids off their phones

breakfast excellent, gym excellent

late breakfast offered at weekends but checkout was 1000 hrs

gym was closed.

a very comfortable bed and tea/coffee facility the restaurant/bar had a beautiful view over the golf courses opening home and the choice of food at dinner was superb and tasted just as good staff

i played golf on the sunday and loved the course very scenic and laid out well

room was ok but my son family room with the kids was hot they had to have the window opening all

the kids did say the bunk beds wasn't very comfortable

foreigners can become british citizens to, that we work hard to be able to go on breaks with 3 kids, and no getting any benefits cause the dad works 7 out of 7 and earns enough for a week off a

quite noisy at times though due to location and events in hotel meant lots of kids running around early in the morning

en-suite was also ideal and spacious, great shower and hair dryer included as well as wifi

tina, keeps the main reception and bar area clean and tidy with hovering, plus moping the floor

good size tv, comfy bed, nice variety at breakfast, luggage storage, free wifi & tea & coffee making facilities

also leaking tea pots at breakfast on both days

gym facilities were in an odd location , felt like going down to a dungeon , crowded with equipment

it didn’t have its own car park and no full english breakfast.

staff were very polite and the manager was very helpful at breakfast time which we found

i got lost every morning going for breakfast

with some great food served by very polite staff, the swimming pool was an added bonus for the kids and thoroughly enjoyed it with robes supplied for the adults, breakfast is a buffet style and

down side which was completely my fault was getting carried away ticking boxes for room service breakfast and i ordered way more than i intended and breakfast ended up costing me 53 quid

the gym and swimming helps shed some of the calories from the excellent hot and continental breakfast

room for our children the room we were put it was on the same floor as the swimming pool so the kids loved

downstairs bar staff very good at making people feel welcome even though there was a big party

we requested a late check out for which we were charged 20 for 2 hours

but the car park was hard to get a space after a day out due to the bingo hall, and there was kids hanging around in the carpark up to no good

ease which is good for a lady staying on her own breakfast choice was great getting onto the free wifi was really easy and could use it down stairs in the bar area as well as my

staff, great breakfast selection, fast wifi, very comfortable clean room and great city centre location

very hard to travel with kids without any lift

the bar and restaurant prices were not over priced

had an evening meal and breakfast, food was really good and reasonably priced

were excellent, room and bathroom were spotless and the view of the golf course was lovely

beautiful quiet location had mega via room service which was delicious and value for money

only wished i had my golf clubs
