good variety of choice for breakfast

we were next to a group of loud teenage kids, which was just one of those things!

the vending machine where you could get anything. 24 hour bar with a really good guinness

after midnight with sleepy kids and the two wonderful ladies working the reception made everything so easy

the food menu was limited and had poor choice, room service was none existant

com who said they had forwarded a request for early check in

due to this we proceeded to go to our room, called the room service button on the phone to be told there is no room service, you have to come down and

fitness room was disappointing as both treadmills weren't working. otherwise all was good.

the breakfast was simply amazing, with an amazing choice of food for us and our kids

the family rooms are very comfortable and a good size even for 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids)

the bar on on the night the people at the top end complained about it being hot so they kept on opening

for 6:40am to leave, theres a chip shop and budgen's just a small walk away and surrounded by golf courses, i loved my stay here and will 100% come back

safe, good field views, easy parking and clean reception staff could accommodate my needs for a late check out due to a massive migraine

booked this hotel last minute as had a golf comp the following day (5 mins from the forest of arden) the rate was good and the reviews

food at the hotel was great, we had both an evening meal and breakfast during our stay

added bonus of a gym and pool/spa area
