i went to the pool, with sauna and steam room, and the gym

wifi could be slightly better but a very small blemish on a very satisfactory overall experience

i had an early check in and the room was good value for money.

price, even the bar food prices were reasonable and the buffet breakfast was excellent

and the final straw to this is they kept me awake all night, i just couldn't sleep, the kids run up and down the corridor banging on the room doors, even a couple were rowing and smashing

the spa facilities were great to use after a long day spent on my feet at an exhibition

room was fine can’t fault it tv great size which entertained the kids for the night , bathroom was great toilet was claustrophobic

at desk were accommodating in allowing me to have an early check in and check out which i greatly

gym is v small and can't be used until after 8am, as well as requiring a special key from reception

our executive room was spotlessly clean the bar had a great range to choose from the menu

from valet parking location easy access to the terminal we ate an evening meal but missed breakfast because of a very early

location, cleanliness, staff, food, swimming pool and bar all excellent.

only wish is that breakfast was less expensive for kids - as a family, if we wanted to eat breakfast there, it would have cost us £72 so we ate

enjoyed a deep, hot bath (luxury when you have kids (-)it goes without saying that it was so loud and noisy when it came to bedtime and with two young kids it made it a little more of a challenge (-) there were kids in the room above us who sounded like baby elephants stomping around the room from about 6 am (-) didn't sleep until the last residents were back )just like home with the kids (-) we have 3 kids and stay in hotels to have unbroken sleep where we don't have to worry about plumbing issues
