and we wanted somewhere in a lovely location, with attractions close by and that had a swimming pool

room service was pricey and the quality not the best but the local takeaway are a few minute walk

room service orders until 2am there is a 5 addition charge for this service but its very nice

we used the swimming pool which was clean and well looked after

small issue but no mini bar in the room

bar staff very friendly and knowledgeable about drinks etc

the lady sorting rooms out was lovely and was just as friendly at breakfast the next morning

we thought the room service meal was wonderful - vegetables beautifully cooked and the main dish excellently

a lovely evening was spent in the bar hosted by ed and friendly locals, they made us feel very much at home

checked in at the bar and the lady who served me was very friendly

pub, staff were superb, the lad behind the bar was brilliant, his shift was finishing and he took us to our destination in newport really nice

gym, or rather a tiny manky room that with no windows that is supposed to eb a gym, disappointing

only had 2 towels in the room and there was no room house keeping and staying for 3 night was as kids can be messy and also the toiletries in the bath i'd say was only for one person
