closed for most of our stay, and this was the main reason we chose this one, i had promised my kids a hotel with a pool

room plenty of close parking, lovely pool, open till 9pm, breakfast included and room service before restaurant open was not charged

a lovely evening was spent in the bar hosted by ed and friendly locals, they made us feel very much at home

checked in at the bar and the lady who served me was very friendly

pub, staff were superb, the lad behind the bar was brilliant, his shift was finishing and he took us to our destination in newport really nice

given the hotel is located by a popular racecourse would expect more facilities in the hotel ie gym, sauna, steam room, pool, jacuzzi as other holiday inns across uk

gym was small and did not have a pool etc as the other holiday inn hotels i’ve stayed in.

the spa was so nice and relaxing will definitely return ud83dude42 buffet breakfast was great value for

breakfast time though they were very busy they could do no more to help my husband and me

we had room service also, which was very good price & the quality of the food was insane
