property wasn't diverse, the hut style units were old,the gym had really outdated equipment and should have been updated decades ago

money was stolen by the hotel employee in the gym

not trainee to be polite or to solve problems, many facilities are old and not decent for example gym

we paid a room for 3 people, we got a room for 2 + a bed for kids that was painful to sleep on

in addition, they let my partner take out food from breakfast for me so i could eat something when i was still sick and couldn't get out of bed

room was spacious and clean with nice features such as deep whirlpool tub

equipped with a comfortable bed, shower with warm water, aircon, fan, tv and private parking

the pool area was really nice. spacious rooms

social and entertainment areas (lobby, pool, etc) are in good conditions 3

toast and a coffee something lite be nice (buffet was great if you hungry) pool was really nice

the guys by the pool at the bar were sweet with my son attentive and truly did their best to make all of us happy

i took advantage of one of the spa packages and even booked a scuba dive for myself near catalina island which was incredible

the kids club (mini club) is good for young kids like 5-8

if you ask for a specific brand you get top shelf alcohol from the bars
