pool needs maintenance.

was with my wife and 2 kids and the block they put us in had an electricity problem

breakfast is good, buffet varies every day. the show performers are great!!

only problem for us was breakfast:

kids club was not working then in the salads, there are small flies that arise from time to time

there’s lots for everyone to do, from small kids to adults

the spa is great and inmaculada, one of the massage therapists, is the best!

no room service

property, great par 3 golf rate ($27, including clubs (+) took a golf class with a good and cordial pro

room, staff, food, drinks, pool - everything was great, especialy the french restaurant

overpriced but good. the pool was dirty.

free wifi , fairly good connection, does drop and not speed we are used to

enjoyed altos de chavon, beach, pool and especially golf courses

services upon arrival, the staff, the up keep of the resort and how emaculant it's kept, the golf carts to get

room was spacious and clean with nice features such as deep whirlpool tub

the pools are not huge so you do feel a bit awkward with so many kids and adults in such a small space

big gym. and food was not bad.

money was stolen by the hotel employee in the gym

not trainee to be polite or to solve problems, many facilities are old and not decent for example gym

property wasn't diverse, the hut style units were old,the gym had really outdated equipment and should have been updated decades ago
