beautiful resort and facilities. great pool bar.

we paid a room for 3 people, we got a room for 2 + a bed for kids that was painful to sleep on

that was not the case - everything was included as statedud83dudc4f the wifi also worked perfectly

we took 2 double rooms, in one of them wifi was extremely poor, it was impossible to have work meetings during our stay here

there are really only 3 non-buffet restaurants as the french is dressy and doesn't allow kids

big gym. and food was not bad.

money was stolen by the hotel employee in the gym

not trainee to be polite or to solve problems, many facilities are old and not decent for example gym

back again and got another person on the phone this time and explained that i cannot stay with 4 kids in a hotel with no internet access and asked if there is another passcode for the wifi in

in addition, they let my partner take out food from breakfast for me so i could eat something when i was still sick and couldn't get out of bed

the clean areas, everything around looks and it is so clean, the pool areas are big and for the kids is excellent, they have various bars including on the lobby area

they also have kids dishes, soups of the day and have a variety of vegetarian options

excellent choice of food in main restaurants, especially for breakfast

kids club staff are very nice , their night entertainment for kids was amazing and fun

gym opened too late for people that like to work out first thing in the morning before starting an

front bar by the lobby, better attention.
