the place was also very clean, well stocked with soap and shampoo, the room service was great as well, no complaints at all

and pillows were not very comfortable - would be nice if we were told a few words about the gym, sauna, other facilities etc, we didn't know they existed

crown jewel of this hotel (aside from the fabulous pool) has to be the reception floor with the bar

we had a room (117) with direct pool access and almost next door to the gym and spa

bar staff, waiting staff, domestic staff and all front of house staff are superb

glasses used for the bar and lunch were plastic and often looked unclean
