didn't like i couldn't find the wifi password anywhere and wasn't given it by the reception upon checking

staff from reception to bar all lovely ,friendly the best staff we have so far met

have stayed here a few times when working locally as it s close to a1 and offers lots of parking and excellent food options , breakfast is amazing one of the best i ve had on my travels

the spa is lovely and relaxing and you have the option to use the gym if you are staying at the hotel

loved everything about the hotel, the breakfast the following morning was amazing

we ordered breakfast the day before for the morning and the food was also wonderful

1 above bar a little noisy , but earplugs were provided and the noise didn’t go on late anyway

the gym is not the best but again ok for a one off workout whilst away on business but no cardio

we used the spa facilities our little boy really had fun the staff were so helpful especially in

the young boy behind the bar was miserable and made serving our drinks look like a chore he didn't want to do

reserved parking for residential guests as the bar area and restaurant was busier on the friday evening with locals and parking was a bit tight

bar prices was good lower than expected

little gem, spacious room that accommodated family with 3 kids

parking could be difficult if the restaurant was busy.

the garden spa was an extra cost of 25pp which i think was a little much for an outdoor pool

charged me twice for my booking and the room service apparently a blip in the system

knock on our door 3 times so trying to nurse our sore heads from the night before and the late check out were a little spoilt

children are allowed in the pool would have been useful as it was not a relaxing environment with kids

we booked the spa for saturday and again all the staff were fabulous and made us feel very welcome

the hotel was lovely with some great features there was a lovely muriel in the bar hand painted , we had our evening meal there a that was lovely too and reasonably priced

kids were governed by time for the use of the spa facilities

we enjoyed the asian food room service and the breakfast was fantastic too

compared to other golf and spa hotels it's in the right price range

not relaxing as kids swimming lessons taking place

had full use of the spa facilities which were all very clean and high standard

wifi was weak in the castle suite with only some part of the room picking up the router

nice quiet bar area and attached restaurant

2 night stay at the fleece hotel, room really comfortable, fantastic breakfast, lots of choice, bar is lovely for a beverage or 2

for the fleece hotel guests a nearby bar plays loud music outside until closing time which could put guests off a possible return visit
