very friendly service relaxing bar good food liked rooms with own entrance

with setting the bar so high, the breakfast- whilst adequate- was not superlative

the food, beer and the service in the bar was excellent

owners was lovely and welcoming even prepared to let us have an early check in if needed

hotel caters for children with regards to outdoor activities and use of the pool but with regards to food i found this a little frustrating

breakfast was amazing it had a variety of options and you could ask for meals that weren t in the

amazing garden spa which did have the wow factor

only grumble is the 10 room service fee

wifi is poor, they run too many filters that block sites such as youtube

good, but added to an already quite expensive stay, so we made use of our own well equipped kitchen in the cottage after

the bar downstairs but the silence upstairs

the hosts were welcoming, you could go the public bar if feeling sociable or relax in the room which has microwave, kettle and fridge to store

no bar or restaurant open when we stayed so had to drive to the nearest town to find food

lack of dinning in the bar itself.

although it only had a bar with no hot food it did have its own convenience store
