breakfast was perfect - set you up for the day

the beds were comfortable and all laundry and towels were like new

an early morning bumming noise like laundry machinery.

30 as next door had a room full of kids and we're so loud also next doors room had a friends across the landing which were also loud

staff, great location, very clean and fantastic leisure facilities my 6 year old loved the pool

very clean and spacious room, great that you can use the gym and pool for free!

my two grandsons loved the pool we only stayed one night but used the pool three times the breakfast was lovely with plenty choice for

no vending machines to grab a can of coke or a bar of chocolate.

the kids loved the swimming pool, which although small was never too busy and always quite warm.

bar code machine for getting out of the car park is a real pain

fratello's restaurant was excellent, as was the breakfast buffet!

all the machines were turned off in the gym. hotel lacked any wow factor. plain and dull

the big problem we encountered was not being able to get to the roof top bar ,you hat to pre-book this which is not made clear at the time of booking the hotel and one of

lovely room. perfect size for 2 adults with 2 young kids

not advised to book room service on booking in just left the usual clean room but wasn't done

the wait for breakfast. no food left so had to wait ages before service

had a pizza and pigs in blankets for room service and i can honestly say they were absolutely descusting

covers i manged to knock my leg off the very hot radiator, no injury but could be dangerous if kids in the bed

the ev charging onsite was extremely convenient

staff is amazing and helpful, bar was closed but room service is still on even until late

30pm and were unable to get any food , only thing available off the room service menu was a cheese board

room service is also excellent

one we were overcharged for room service and second had booked a meal for sun night and inquired if possible if could have
