“heated pool” was freezing and my kids didn’t get to use it much because they were shivering

there were kids yelling as late as 1am in the hallway.

i wish there was a curfew for kids under 18 for the jacuzzi/pool.

we realized when about to order room service that it was 2 minutes before the kitchen closed
