the breakfast is ample, restaurant and bar snacks all reasonably priced and good quality

good quiet bar and dining available if you want to stay in the hotel for the evening

in front of the gardens, bedroom is spacious with large bathroom, panoramic balcony, nice breakfast, vintage interesting elegant building, restaurant is charming

i am addicted to madeira, and a key ingredient of this addiction is pestana casino park

the booking when we arrived, they were apparently full and tried to get us into their pestana casino studios

all the tours they recommended & the around the world show at the casino were excellent

well every day, we could tell that some days it was not hoovered, tissues weren t refilled, room service dishes weren t taken away

pools, spa facilities, and a casino/club attached to the hotel if you want night entertainment

sky bar didnt priorities hotel customer the breakfeast isnt internationally friendly

rooftop and poolside bar food wasn t amazing but there are plenty of other options nearby

everything, bar on the roof. the room facing the sea. the gym was clean.

perfect for a family with small kids

it has a very good rooftop bar with great view

we booked the hotel specifically for a heated pool so we could swim regularly and kids could spend time playing in the pool but it was not being heated at the time we were there,

the cocktail bar could have stayed open a bit later.

the wifi in the room was quite weak, but fine everywhere else in the complex

wifi is not working - i was not able to work from the hotel

if you want exceptional staff, food, bedrooms, pool areas etc this is the place to come

the pool area is beautiful and the rooms were really comfortable also

the suite rooms have a separate kitchen and there is room service available so private dining on the terrace is a very pleasant availability
