we eat at the hotel that night, they kids eat from the english menu

no laundry facilities but there was use of an iron and ironing board

nothing appeared to be too much trouble, even when i went to the bar area just as everybody else was leaving

my room service meal wasn't very good. a poor steak

called room service intermittently for over an hour however was met by an engaged tone each time

being woken up multiple times by room service

room was big and enough for four family members. kids really enjoy it staying there.

the site has multiple ev charging points so it is great for a stopover with an ev.

for one night so didn t experience everything but what we did experience (the spa area & the casino), brilliant (+) the casino was great, not too big or overwhelming (-) nothing fancy or spectacular, paying for location and the fact it has a casino (+) fabulous hotel loved casino too food and drink in sky bar had to wait as was busy (+)the complex and casino (+) had everything we could have wanted, resturaunts, shops, arcade, casino, spa, and all set in a lovely (+)location, bar, casino, casino bar, food, staff, room (+) lots of shops, a cinema, arcade, casino, bars, restaurants, spas, gyms, it has it all, definitely need to come back and experience (+) the spa and casino were good fun and the room was excellent (+)great as we just wanted a relaxing overnight stay, to do a little shopping, eat out and use the casino (-)everything was fantastic, only the bar service in the casino let things down

lovely little swimming pool leisure spa at the back of the hotel for relaxing in which was free for hotel guests to use

the room was large and beds very super comfy, even the beds for my kids that they brought into the room
