staff went the extra mile for kids

staff excellent. gym and spa first class. restaurant good. breakfast is amazing.

wifi could be better but no ther complaints brilliant hotel

spa was a nightmare to book and get hold of and they seemed very disorganised

the staff were friendly the rooms were comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was good

we also asked for late check out but apparently hotel was full so we couldn’t get it which meant we had to change

wasn't a kids food menu for dinner and the choices on the main menu were too pricy to pay for a child to eat

no way to call for room service or make a request to staff

breakfast was very tasty and freshly cooked

small sofa bed for two kids but we made do.

the room was gorgeous, with free tea and coffee and a mini bar for alcoholic purchases

we went in the infinity jacuzzi pool

have preferred the spa and pool being inside the hotel as the weather was apalling and we didn't fancy venturing out

the other restaurant - the lounge - if there isn t space in the wilfred s restaurant and no room service

secondly, we used room service a lot to order drinks and breakfast in bed to our room

our breakfast tray was left by room service so we had to ask for it to be removed

young girl behind the bar was the rudest person i’ve ever encountered, dark hair, she was more interested in the 2 men

however there was nothing we could purchase at the hotel, not even a bag of crisps or a bar of chocolate

served at the bar was undrinkable and male management at our arrival and being informed about the coffee left

helpful when we realised we'd forgotten toothpaste and in helping us navigate room service

staff are professional and helpful, the room service is a life saver, and the food is lovely

the area, very beautiful, the spa especially the open hydro pool.

everything else, - wifi and connectivity was simple to use and worked perfectly

staff behind the bar and the wait was excessive considering it is a hotel and events venue the room service breakfast when it arrived was cold

salt pool and ice room in spa was excellent

maybe an additional hour for swimming for kids on week day mornings

there is a swimming pool without any additional charge unlike in other places, you can use facilities even after check
