chose to stay at the grand mayan water hotel to be close to my friends who were staying at an all inclusive resort nearby, while

the more inclusive activities (nickelodeon water park and catamaran ride) were very fun and a great addition to our vacation

more inclusive options are a great addition i used the airport shuttle, aqua nick x 2 and beach club access

basically want you to use the other property’s restaurants and it can take forever to get a shuttle to go all the way to the furtherest property for breakfast or dinner

kids club was cool and also had outdoor activities like mocktail making

food was consistently cold from room service and only warm at the restaurants

entertainment is great at night, there is a bar that is open till late with nice music

the night shows ewere amazing and the sports activities and gym very good

golf cart/shuttle service was very unreliable and hard to get, the seaweed was bad (but this is not the fault

there is no free airport shuttle

would have preferred being closer to the beach and not overlooking a water park

there is an entrance directly to water park from this hotel but it s closed

our kids loved the water park on site
