only reason we stayed here was for the indoor pool and spa

the pool being closed, but due to covid 19 that is outside of the property's control.

really nice place to stay had a great breakfast

was clean, comfortable and the wifi was a simple process to log on

i only had a couple cherry yogurts and coffee for breakfast

easy to find. early check in starting at 2 pm

no breakfast due to covid. i assume breakfast will resume at some point.

loved how clean the rooms and place was and had a great breakfast included.

continental breakfast wasn t stocked

things were dusty, i asked for the room with spa the night before guy said it was available but when we got

a non smoking rooms with 1 king bed and spa bath, instead they gave us a smoking room with 2 queen beds

i like the spa bath, just wish it wasn t $30 differents

we enjoyed the spa tub a lot

no breakfast spa was closed no interaction with staff

the room was a good size and the spa bath was spacious

the inside pool and hot tub was really why we picked this hotel, everything else was a bonus

we came in at 3 and they said room wasn't ready so we went out to pool

also, the pool doesn t open until 10:00am

the speak easy was a good time, the pool party was also good time. the bar staff was top shelf!

so be aware of this if you have kids

the pool needs extended hours

they have construction going on and my kids kept waking up to a loud banging noise

pickup trucks with trailers and not only were there plenty of places to park without imposing on other guest

the swimming pool was clean and comfortable - a lovely swim

returned from sightseeing and were ready for a cool dip in the pool, only to find out there was a chemical issue

are no security cameras outside to cover the parking area

the bar and the staff

breakfast area was way too small, but the food was good

pool was closed, and my kids really wanted to go swimming, so the staff called the other hyatt downtown and got

too many loud kids

we were surprised that the hotel had an open kitchen and bar until 2 a

modern design gave bigger feel to the room. very clean, great breakfast, comfy bed.

hotel was full of kids screaming, knocking on doors . no parental or adult supervision

i understand covid but i have stayed in other hotels recently and they still perform room service in the mornings

kids were running around the hallway above us and we could hear them the whole time, but that isn't

close to the highway and close parking.

only go through the front door which is narrow, making it hard to go through with baggage and kids

our room was super cold and our heat was broken as well as the fireplace

having a great kitchenette that includes a full size refridgerator, stove,microwave and kitchen sink is amazing

was no parking at night and the lady on duty had most nasty attitude in telling me she don't care where i

the room was dirty and the spa had grime all over it. and neighbors were super nosey.

and the spa tub is worth the money

everything was nice and friendly, also pet friendly

enough parking /rooms not worth the money sent on them should have been $40

we got into the room the comforter had several large burn holes in a non-smoking room and the spa tub had stains

the room itself was clean and enjoyed a nice soak in the spa tub

noisy neighbors that kept me from sleeping, very worn-out room that smelled like cigarettes and pet odors

luv the big/spa tub helps relax

the only thing i can say good about this room was the spa tub.

i paid for the king room-deluxe with the spa tub
