room was dirty i had to clean everything and the spa tub didn't work

the room was dirty and the spa had grime all over it. and neighbors were super nosey.

and the spa tub is worth the money

i like the parking and the camera you watch from inside.

they have a laundry room which is very convenient

claims to be pet friendly but it's a concrete jungle with nowhere for them to go

staff, location, rooms, amenities, gym, food at restaurants, proximity to museums and events, views, etc

room service was delivered in great time

find any laundry bags that are usually the norm in most hotel closets to pack up dirty clothes

we loved the steam room and would have gotten a massage at the spa had we reserved a spot sooner

of a kind experience with very interesting art all around and best bourbon tasting bar on main street

the breakfast was lame. offer something healthy along with pastries! my wife is diabetic.

in-room services didn't start until 9:00am and ended by 10pm

great staff! fabulous rooms, breakfast, artwork. so much fun!!!

my towel bar fell off wall with my towels on it

returned from sightseeing and were ready for a cool dip in the pool, only to find out there was a chemical issue

communication and maintenance. pool had food laying around garbage cans over glowing ect

the coffee in the rooms wasn't very good. the pool was crowded with kids who had no adult.

the gym was nice and the bed was very comfortable
