continental breakfast wasn t stocked

no breakfast due to covid. i assume breakfast will resume at some point.

coffee in breakfast area terrible, they need better coffee

pool being closed your booking site after looking for fine print and clicking read more it said spa could be

only reason we stayed here was for the indoor pool and spa

the wifi we couldn't get to work properly. other then that it was exceptional!!!

laundry facilities were lacking and kind of dirty. carpet in rooms needs to be replaced.

i really enjoyed the amenities such as the bar, pool, and room service

the hotel was being remodeled, so it wasn t extremely clean. room service was lacking.

pickup trucks with trailers and not only were there plenty of places to park without imposing on other guest

the bar and kitchen is open until 10pm

to everything you really need, facilities were clean, laundry room available & front desk was helpful

the weird round-about in the parking lot.

food service was very slow. some gym equipment needed servicing. no toiletries other than soap.

when i got back to the hotel i went down to the pool and hot tub area and found 20-25 kids all over the place

the staff was understanding and helpful wish they had room service.

wifi did not connect too well and the bathroom was a little small.

there was no stopper in the kitchen sink

the room was huge and included a separate area with upholstered furniture and a bar area

i was hoping for a warm breakfast. it was mostly muffins, and cereal. my kids loved it!

the swimming pool water was to cold . you need a heater.

returned from sightseeing and were ready for a cool dip in the pool, only to find out there was a chemical issue

price was good, pool was fun and great for the kids

are no security cameras outside to cover the parking area

in the rooms, bar across patio door was broken, renovations everywhere

room was dirty i had to clean everything and the spa tub didn't work

the room was dirty and the spa had grime all over it. and neighbors were super nosey.

and the spa tub is worth the money

we got into the room the comforter had several large burn holes in a non-smoking room and the spa tub had stains

the room itself was clean and enjoyed a nice soak in the spa tub
