place was lovely and relaxing spa was great staff were lovely very helpful and friendly

with free use of the spa facilties, we got in at 6pm and spent the next 2 hours

stay a beautiful grounds had an amazing spa day - also staff are great have to try the food next

so all in all a great stay, wish we had time to take advantage of the spa facilities , maybe another stay

a swimming pool or spa would have been brilliant

of facilities i would normally expect when paying so much : gym , pool even the spa was solidly booked for 2

located between droitwitch spa and bromsgrove

hotel was conveniently located for the wedding we were going to and the town of droitwich spa is not far away

close to m5 junction and spa leisure centre

location is so close to the motorway we could not hear any traffic noise in room, and being pet friendly was a

hotel, spa and staff

pool/ spa area is so good beaty treatments are so reasonably priced and every single staff member is

lovely free spa and the set up was gorgeous and relaxing

x so relaxing x clean room x bed was soooo comfy x pool and spa facilities were brill x we had the pool to

for us was important to have parking and spa and we found this in whitehouse hotel

had the family roomed garden end cottage which had everything we needed,was self catering and the kitchen was

rooms are stylish and comfortable, wifi works great

wifi signal also cut in and out/was slow, but easily avoided if you have 4g/5g connection

was travelling with a dog so was in one of the rooms kept for pet use

there was also adequate parking for everyone

a night or two as not much going on that i would like if i was staying in a hotel for a holiday (spa etc) but

such as a gym, spa , play area for children

breakfast was good, and they had a staff member dedicated to making sure the kids had fun, and they had free

great value with good wifi and decent breakfast

little thing the bar didn't open until 6pm so we had to drive into bridgnorth for a pint after our long
