hotel was conveniently located for the wedding we were going to and the town of droitwich spa is not far away

close to m5 junction and spa leisure centre

free wifi and breakfast a real bonus

pool/ spa area is so good beaty treatments are so reasonably priced and every single staff member is

lovely free spa and the set up was gorgeous and relaxing

was tasty and enjoyable,staff were a pleasure to deal with and knowledgeable,spa was a lovely treat

x so relaxing x clean room x bed was soooo comfy x pool and spa facilities were brill x we had the pool to

outside view was lovely & spa was great. staff were also brilliant couldn t do enough for us.

stay and also the dining staff who pointed us in the right direction when we were looking for the spa and pool

selection of cooked breakfasts and cereals/fruits etc good leisure facilities, pool and spa as well as tennis

the spa facilities was great

with free use of the spa facilties, we got in at 6pm and spent the next 2 hours

so all in all a great stay, wish we had time to take advantage of the spa facilities , maybe another stay

of facilities i would normally expect when paying so much : gym , pool even the spa was solidly booked for 2

the jacuzzi was out of use whilst we were using the spa which was a little disappointing

for us was important to have parking and spa and we found this in whitehouse hotel

very comfortable and ideas place in town spa etc

the spa was not working correctly which was one of the reasons we picked this hotel so we were a little

clean, tidy, rooms with spa and pool and gym facilities great breakfast

size of room and the design also the location is treat and the spa facilities are great

really comfy beds and the spa is amazing.

and very pleasant and helpful staff which always make a stay a lot better, my wife enjoyed the spa facilities

loads of parking availability, only one upper level floor and great size room.

6pm and the receptionist informed me that our booking was for 2 adults and not 2 adults and 2 kids as per our

location, super clean hotel, with friendly helpful staff, with bar and evening meal facility

know it is not usual holiday inn way but a mini fridge in the room and a guest laundry would have been useful

spa facilities were very good, room was very spacious and airy, staff were excellent

the spa and swimming area is amazing brekafst was delicious, as was dinner!

can say is what a change and how lovely this place now is,,,, well worth checking it,,,, also the bar is something

parking on the street wasn't great and didn't feel the safest only complaint about the room was

no sewing kit in room and room service non existent during late hours
