spa tub in the room did not have a functioning drain plug

only chose this location due to the spa bath and it didn t even work and front desk was not able to help

i stayed for the spa tub. unfortunately while running the water it kept turning brown.

then they changed our room and the spa tub, the whole reason for paying the extra cost, drain wouldn't stay

had dinner in the resteraunt in the hotel and had breakfast delivered to our room in the morning

on the day of my arrival, my flight was delayed & i had a spa appointment that i would've missed & i spoke with

the rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, providing both comfort and elegance

pool or spa and shuttle from airport was very confusing seems there was no pick up from terminal a

plus free airport shuttle

when it is crowded with kids it is impossible to swim and keep warm

pet fee they said was nominal fee and not told until check in

they sell mini-bar type packages at the front desk but nothing non-alcoholic for kids and no snacks

there were never enough towels for the pool, and the spa staff was reluctant to provide towels.

the service is amazing and the spa was also great. we had a beautiful view of the water.

hotel was very pricey for our budget but we went for it to have an indoor pool on vacation

like a bit more room in the fridge for personal items and $45/per person for breakfast seemed a bit much even

i would have wanted to be in the spa with my gf, but it didnat work ut

unfortunately the hotel was hosting a model un conference and high school kids ruled the halls and were loud
