the wifi is terribly slow

small holes in the bed sheets, no central heat in the hallway s, and a tile (gym-like) shower.

here we extended for one more night to explore boston more and leverage on the free overnight parking and comfy

the breakfast is very underwhelming but it is doable.

me any information without being prompted (how late the kitchen was open, info about breakfast, wifi, etc) and

i enjoyed using the gym and had what i needed

parking, our sink drained so slow, no coffee in the lobby, no keurig

also, don't do room service - better to go downstairs to the cafe/shop and order in person

needs more parking

room was missing a few items (spa tub stopper; coffee grounds basket)

then they changed our room and the spa tub, the whole reason for paying the extra cost, drain wouldn't stay

spa tub in the room did not have a functioning drain plug

only chose this location due to the spa bath and it didn t even work and front desk was not able to help

they have an indoor pool and gym which were clean and nice but no spa which would be nice considering it s

easy to get to, with friendly staff, generous checkout times, clean room and bedding, and a great breakfast

close to boston medical center is a plus, and you can add to that a friendly staff, excellent breakfast,

i like swimming pool and gym service

the staff are great and breakfast was good. the hotel is pet friendly. the rooms are large

the spa and restaurants far exceed our expectations. would happily return!

i got bumped from my flight to paris very late at night

went with our dog, even saying that it's a pet-friendly hotel during the check-in they said if we left our dog
