spa and most of the restaurants were closed due to the pandemic

the spa wasn t open (but i understand due to covid)

fell in parking lot because guest lot was not cleared of snow and ice

but the room and bar were great

little kids hanging out in the parking lot without any parental supervision

there were at least two wedding parties the weekend we were there so i get that laundry was busy but we did

no pool, no room service after 10pm, no vending machines, and a weird smell in the lobby

fun speakeasy bar to start the night, two blocks from a great nightlife, and plenty of breakfast options to

would like to stay when their restaurants and room service are back to running

non-password wifi was fast and easy

great location, cool bar area and spa!! looking forward to the spa opening!!

spa was not open at the time of our visit

i wish the spa and salon would of been open.

the bakery did not offer a lot either and we were disappointed the spa wasn t open

an expensive hotel like this one, i would expect spa which was listed but not available

unit did not have spa bath, separate privacy door, 2nd living room nor attached patio described and coffee/tea

bar downstairs had a dj the night i stayed

central parlor area and a patio upstairs, and le lounge bar downstairs for libations

the cocktail bar on the first floor was lovely as well and the drinks were delicious

shared kitchen and lounge space was cool

the spa was not working. that was why i chose the hotel . kinda disappointed.

staff wasn't very attentive, check in time took entirely to long, no towels down in pool/spa area, just overall

because of covid, there was quite a laundry list of amenities and services that were closed or unavailable, such

we liked the lobby and the bar area
