spa and most of the restaurants were closed due to the pandemic

the spa wasn t open (but i understand due to covid)

fell in parking lot because guest lot was not cleared of snow and ice

but the room and bar were great

little kids hanging out in the parking lot without any parental supervision

there were at least two wedding parties the weekend we were there so i get that laundry was busy but we did

no pool, no room service after 10pm, no vending machines, and a weird smell in the lobby

fun speakeasy bar to start the night, two blocks from a great nightlife, and plenty of breakfast options to

would like to stay when their restaurants and room service are back to running

non-password wifi was fast and easy

great location, cool bar area and spa!! looking forward to the spa opening!!

the bakery did not offer a lot either and we were disappointed the spa wasn t open

the pool was not clean. bathroom is too tight.

unit did not have spa bath, separate privacy door, 2nd living room nor attached patio described and coffee/tea

central parlor area and a patio upstairs, and le lounge bar downstairs for libations

there was a private event in the bar so unable to make use of it and it is very

bar downstairs had a dj the night i stayed

spa was closed about half the time we wanted to use it.

is just nitpicking but i wish the breakfast lasted past 10:30 am on weekdays

yep we quested our birthday girl visited the spa and the kids danced and did story time

that works is awesome, with hundreds of kids running all over the place you would think to find a bit of a mess

resort is great for families with kids of all ages

in the hotel is specialized making sure the kids have a good time

we got the kids camp cabin because i knew they would like to be with gma and

wish there was more parking but the street worked out just fine

very nice service and loved the parking and keyless entry

check in went smoothly thanks to a quick response from ryan, who also arranged a much appreciated early check

parking could be a challenge at times, but never a problem.

then when we got back to the hotel after being at the smoky casino, we were told there was no hot water
