great breakfast grandkids had fun in the pool and the clean rooms.

like noises in hallways we were tight by elevator room next to us had kids slamming doors all

only complaints are small, our bar sink wasn't working great, and our room was warm, even though we turned

easy check-in, was quiet, breakfast was good, and kids liked the pool.

host a lot of sporting tournaments in the area so be prepared for whole teams of kids in the hotel on weekends

i love that spa jacuzzi. everything worked on it. i will definitely be back.

the value, i don t know of any relaxing spa type whirlpool hotel rooms in the area

was clean, great food, lots of parking, a pool and spa open late, and a wonderful breakfast

whirlpool spa was very nice, but be warned, it took 57 minutes to fill to the desired level we wanted, and

we no hand rail in to the spa tube. sad but a great stay!

drain for the spa tub leaked so the water drained out and had to keep filling it up

the spa tub doesn't work which was fine with me and when i let the staff know they said they knew that

there was a large water puddle in the hallway by the laundry facility

microwave in the room and the floor was wet in the lobby from the poolthe door you had to slam it

the lounge closed at 10pm n the pool was not open til midnight like it said on the website

pool was very small but we were only ones in it so it was fine

and activities table - loveseat - located around a lot of restaurants/bars - free, sufficient parking - breakfast

- bistro and bar was closed all weekend - no breakfast as advertised and expected - no service to rooms all

was immediately across from breakfast area of hotel and even tho there was no coffee pot in the room, it was

my mother worked as a maid for over 15 years and two of my children work in laundry now and they were appalled

for a suite with a spa in it i am very disappointed i paid so much room 517

was comfortable, spa tub was amazing as always

while i was waiting inline to check in they gave king spa rooms with river facing views to 4other people so

kids were running around everywhere, so if you don’t have kids, you might want to stay elsewhere

they have an amazing fitness spa and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

i was given access to spa since my room was ready, this allowed me the clean up

decor fun and updated - shuttle bus

the pool and room needed to be cleaned better, but i am sure it is tough right now
