the pool had nice warm water and the hot tub was perfect

we arrived late afternoon there were still bags of trash and room service items along hallways as we went to

no housekeeping services for three days of stay cheap towels that had stains no assistance with wifi unless

clean, roomy, 2 free happy hour drinks and great breakfast with the omelet bar.

room was great and the kids loved the snacks left because we chose a premium suite

free breakfast would sure be nice.

must have been a sports tournament as there were a lot of kids who were making noises

was quiet, usually full of kids with sports teams

the value, i don t know of any relaxing spa type whirlpool hotel rooms in the area

whirlpool spa was very nice, but be warned, it took 57 minutes to fill to the desired level we wanted, and

the spa tub doesn't work which was fine with me and when i let the staff know they said they knew that

spa tub wasn't working in our room

drain for the spa tub leaked so the water drained out and had to keep filling it up

in room spa option $3 !!!

the guest laundry is getting a bit old. it still worked fine just looks used.

i paid extra for a spa tub and the tub was completely covered in black filth which the maids had to come in

i also liked the bar and restaurant that the hotel have, with the option of ordering room service

property was old. worn out. wifi did not work.

wanted a little getaway with a spa tub and down time

the spa tub worked well finally after the water got hot.

even the pool featured an apparatus for wheelchair-bound swimmers

they have an amazing fitness spa and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

i was given access to spa since my room was ready, this allowed me the clean up

their beds are very comfortable.the room service was tasty and fast.
