wanted a little getaway with a spa tub and down time

the spa tub worked well finally after the water got hot.

clean, good continental, pool, fitness room. all good. easy access to highway.

breakfast offerings, gym, and pool were what i expected

was broken, told we would have to pay extra to utilize the stopper in the bathtub, wifi was weak and dropped

location & clean pool

and activities table - loveseat - located around a lot of restaurants/bars - free, sufficient parking - breakfast

fitness room had only 2 treadmills, one of which did not have a working tv, which i need to get me

very clean room, plenty of free parking and staff were very nice.

booked a suite with a spa tub

i paid extra for a spa tub and the tub was completely covered in black filth which the maids had to come in

and no spa like advertised

the front desk staff gave me wrong information as to where laundry was, which led me on a wild goose chase to

microwave in the room and the floor was wet in the lobby from the poolthe door you had to slam it

the spa tub doesn't work which was fine with me and when i let the staff know they said they knew that

drain for the spa tub leaked so the water drained out and had to keep filling it up

the spa tub didn't work in the room and that i had to find ice machine on a different floor

spa tub wasn't working in our room

he helped me get checked in, made sure i knew how to use the spa tub in my room and helped me choose some take

spa in the room was exceptional!

we no hand rail in to the spa tube. sad but a great stay!

whirlpool spa was very nice, but be warned, it took 57 minutes to fill to the desired level we wanted, and

was clean, great food, lots of parking, a pool and spa open late, and a wonderful breakfast

the value, i don t know of any relaxing spa type whirlpool hotel rooms in the area

the pool and spa was comforting

it was nice, clean & quiet. great staff comfortable room. spa tub was great to relax in.

the caulking around the spa tub needed some tlc

we also witnessed adult guests throwing landscaping rocks at the light post in the parking lot (barely missing

the gym was small and had limited equipment. pool could have been cleaner. parking lot was dark.

room was great and the kids loved the snacks left because we chose a premium suite

only complaints are small, our bar sink wasn't working great, and our room was warm, even though we turned

like noises in hallways we were tight by elevator room next to us had kids slamming doors all

i liked the layout and the size of the room and the full kitchen

close to the airport, free breakfast, suite with full kitchen.

i was given access to spa since my room was ready, this allowed me the clean up

they have an amazing fitness spa and the staff was exceptionally friendly.

easy to get to, adequate parking, nice staff, decent price, clean, pet friendly.

shuttle services sucked

omelet bar - but biggest disappointment and false advertising - they used to have a hot tub and spa - have filled

the location, the decor with all the different seating areas for conversations, the breakfasts.

fulls were just not quite big enough for adults with older kids

pool could be a tad larger, but all was good

friendly staff, shuttle to other property, easy parking, buffet was good very nice

no room service so it was convenient that there were also restaurants downstairs

we called room service for more but a guest shouldn t have to do that

we are very grateful for the security in the parking lot when we are travelling

smoke in the casino. casino bar very slow. slots not friendly.

was the only place that offered a spa in the room

the only thing that would bring me back is the private spa tub in the room

stayed in the suite with the spa tub in room

room was very spacious, with a large spa tub and a nice size bathtub in the bathroom

were messy with trash and drywall pieces no hot tub, a spa is listed and advertised but there isn't one breakfast

would have liked shuttle to start earlier
