i asked for cleaning supplies to clean the room, i wiped walls tables handles the spa and the showier

booked a queen size spa bath room

spa was quite small and none of the drains had working stoppers for the tub or the spa

the spa in the room worked well and the layout was nice

there was a roach in my queen spa tub room.

think this is an issue between booking and the motel but we got stuck with a smoking room and we are not smokers

room was 'non-smoking' but smelled like it had been a smoking room for perhaps the 100 years before this one

smoking room and the non smoking rooms were next to each other, which i didn't like much because

staff was excellent , very good wifi and lot of restaurants nearby

i thought i heard construction happening in the parking lot but it it was large trucks

having the shuttle service available was excellent.

clean, great linens and pillows...bed very comfy. i so appreciate the shuttle service to midway!

i also liked the pool and the gym

the pool was open and had schedule times

my toe on a sharp corner of tile getting out of spa tub, not that big of a deal, no stitches needed just bleeding

gym equipment did not work

the 24-hour gym was a nice added bonus

children were tracking up the elevator with pool water and no one was trying to clean it up

the room was old and walls cracked had a smell not enough towels not enough parking for guests

as was evident by the ball of hair under the sheets, and the bugs crawling all over the spa tub

parking was secure and private

our destinations, late checkin available nice room, hot tub, and television and free parking

to another hotel kind of tucked away so it took a few minutes to find it but once we did, the parking lot was

the staff was nice and discreet. service was fast and pleasant. plenty of parking available.

great value for the room, it was nice sized, clean and comfortable, the spa bath is excellent

the pool was clean and nice to dip in, the room is pretty hot so i wouldn t wear thick clothing

my fireplace wasn t working and my cold water on the jacuzzi was messed up

the outdoor space was also pretty nice but someone had it reserved for kids party so we had to come back inside

not working in room both treadmill not working in gym elevator breakdown and forced to use staircase

treadmills in gym were either not working or off-balance

not a lot of amenities though you could order room service

bed and shower. comfortability. small gym was convenient.

the room was clean and they don't have room service the nearby connie's pizza fills in with great pizza

there should be a hot tub/spa instead of two saunas

need to offer breakfast for the price of room. disappointed

room service was very cold when it arrived!!

the other guests, basketball tournament there and the kids were pigs

gabriel at the arc bar was amazing
