i enjoyed my alone time in the pool

the bar was not open in the evening and there was no room service available despite in-room advertising that

room by the laundry was not

staff was very friendly and extremely helpful with the getting the airport shuttle.

the spa took 45 to 60 minutes to fill and is only big enough for one person

couch broken no ventilation (fans didn't work) toilet broken spa tub was nasty dirty

room was 'non-smoking' but smelled like it had been a smoking room for perhaps the 100 years before this one

the manager was rude about the parking on the property

wifi was poor it had a weak signal and disconnected often

the room was really nice and loved the spa tub!

great value for the room, it was nice sized, clean and comfortable, the spa bath is excellent

its amenities and the parking which is nicely tucked away

also, not many hotels offer parking when lodging with them when having your own vehicle

the price and location are great, place is clean and comfortable, free wifi, and staff is friendly

my toe on a sharp corner of tile getting out of spa tub, not that big of a deal, no stitches needed just bleeding

the pool could have been better, the ceiling was leaking and it was very unpleasant.

unfortunately because of all this coronavirus we're unable to get room service

pool and hot tub were a hit for both the adults and kids

the room itself has high ceilings, spacious, clean, and we had a room with a gorgeous view of the sears/willis

spa and gym were great

the hotel offers neat pool and spa facilities

absolutely nothing! hopefully, the spa will have some services in the future?

the spa and steam room were also a highlight, and the pool was beautiful

i was expecting there to be a spa but it was just a sauna and steam room in the locker rooms

pool and spa was closed, but it was understandable due to covid. hoping it opens soon!

i loved having access to a nice pool and spa area, and everything downtown was walkable

i chose buckingham hotel because of the provided breakfast and the pictures of the fitness/spa and pool

additionally, the presence of a diverse array of dining options, cafes, a salon, and a spa in close proximity

i called about an early check in and i was pleased when the staff member remembered my name when i checked in

the doormen really impressed my kids and very socialable

they did not have a restaurant or bar that was open in the evening.

she also got me signed up for hilton honors which gave me free wifi which made a huge difference for me

for wi-fi per day is absolutely shocking, especially as you can use other amenities such as the gym for free

placed right next to the gym which was a little difficult to sleep because of the constant people walking

we had a dog and were on the same floor with other pet owners
